Job summary

KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team at a Florida property. The role focuses on installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment in alignment with safety and preventive maintenance programs.

The supervisor will manage work orders, coordinate with the client and internal staff, and ensure timely, professional service while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years as a Maintenance Supervisor with direct reports management.
• Experience in building maintenance and trades.
• Ability to be on-site at the property.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign tasks to the maintenance staff.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors on property projects.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
