Job summary

ZRS Management seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance across our properties. You will supervise service requests, manage preventive maintenance programs, and train maintenance staff under the direction of the Property Manager.

Responsibilities include coordinating vendor work, inspecting units, recording water and meter data, and maintaining safe, clean common areas and pools. A valid license and EPA cert are preferred. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to work on-call hours and weekends as determined by the Property Manager.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests promptly per policy.
• Schedule turns and ensure 3–5 day turnover on vacant units.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and masonry repairs.
