Job summary

Complete Care in Plainfield, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead our facility's upkeep, safety, and day-to-day operations. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage schedules, and ensure all systems run reliably, complying with State, Federal, and OSHA standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of maintenance supervision in a long-term care setting, a strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), and the ability to be on-call.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance supervision in a long-term care setting.
• Strong working knowledge of building systems and code requirements.
• Experience with OSHA and life safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules
• Schedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairs
• Regular inspections of the facility, for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance
• Ensure work is in accordance with State/Federal and OSHA standards
