Seasons at Gurnee Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support the Property Manager by efficiently delegating tasks to the maintenance, grounds, and cleaning teams to uphold FRED’s property standards. You will troubleshoot and address a wide range of service requests with professionalism.

Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy, coordinate with vendors, and participate in budgeting while ensuring safety and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Substantial knowledge and hands-on experience in repairing plumbing, appliances, HVAC systems, electrical issues, pool maintenance, carpentry, and building exteriors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Property Manager by delegating tasks to the maintenance, grounds, and cleaning teams to maintain property standards.
• Address diverse maintenance service requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by performing repairs to return units to market-ready conditions.
• Communicate unresolved issues to the Property Manager for timely resolution.
• Perform on-call emergency services within a rotation.
• Assist in budget input by partnering with vendors, obtaining bids for capital projects, and managing inventory.
