Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance/facilities experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work through emergency on-call rotation and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be a goal-oriented leader who cares for team, clients, and residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain unit turns and service-request standards; ensure grounds and common areas shine.
• Direct property maintenance staff; ensure team delivers great resident service.
• Schedule and execute all service requests for timely completion.
• Inspect property and oversee remediation of violations with agency partners.
• Ensure completion of vacant unit turns to standard.
• Oversee upkeep of building common areas, grounds and systems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance for the property.
• Inspect mechanical systems and address safety issues.
