Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team across our units and common areas. You will supervise staff, evaluate performance, and ensure timely Make Ready completions in line with company standards.

Emphasis on safety, quality workmanship, and cost control across grounds and facilities. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs or coordinate vendor support, and maintain inventory while collaborating with the Community Manager on budgeting

Qualifications

• Requires Supervisory experience (1–3 years) in maintenance/landscape or similar roles.
• Experience managing make-ready processes and coordinating with vendors.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and MSDS regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and manage employee evaluations.
• Oversee Make Ready process from start to finish per policies.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs to meet safety and quality standards.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Manage inventory and order supplies within budget constraints.
• Support budgeting for maintenance and capital expenses.
• Ensure safety trainings and site compliance with laws.
