Job summary

Misfits Market is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and drive reliable operations across facilities. You will manage preventive and corrective programs, coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Safety, and other teams, and ensure timely completion of capital projects.

This hands-on leadership role requires prioritization, accountability, and the ability to drive issues to resolution while maintaining safety and efficiency across our distribution network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel and managing contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and timely completion of activities.
• Manage daily maintenance operations including preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, priorities, and timelines.
• Improve preventive and predictive maintenance to increase equipment reliability.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement root-cause corrective actions.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors; manage capital improvement projects.
• Develop project schedules, track milestones, budgets, and communicate status to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal codes and company standards.
