Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing, food processing, or distribution.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel and driving results.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Manage daily maintenance operations including preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency repairs, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and ensure work is completed on time and to high standards.
• Establish and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to increase equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify recurring failures, and implement root‑cause corrective actions.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance, construction, and facility improvements.
• Support safety, environmental, food‑safety, and audit requirements related to maintenance and facility operations.
