Billerud is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Quinnesec, MI to lead a maintenance team in optimizing asset reliability and implementing predictive and preventive maintenance. You will work with operations and engineering to drive continuous improvement and ensure safe, flexible work practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory or lead maintenance role.
• Experience supervising maintenance technicians and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and asset reliability.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians' activities.
• Assign tasks, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure effective communication within the maintenance team.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Ensure timely corrective maintenance to address equipment issues.
• Prepare and present reports on maintenance performance and downtime.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
