Job summary

General Mills Hannibal Plant is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide front line safety and technical leadership to improve plant reliability. You will lead maintenance mechanics and process teams, drive daily/weekly/monthly reviews, and manage the budget while coaching staff in problem solving and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes a data-driven approach to eliminate defects and prevent breakdowns, with a Monday–Friday schedule and early morning core hours.

Qualifications

• 2 years manufacturing or frontline/technical leadership experience.
• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety through Food and Human Safety principles and standards.
• Lead maintenance team to deliver on reliability and performance goals.
• Drive DSU processes and 90 day action plan with data-driven reviews.
• Oversee maintenance foundational systems and budget responsibilities.
• Develop skills matrix and training plans for the team.
