Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at a Tucson property. You’ll supervise the maintenance team, handle service requests, schedule repairs, and ensure compliance with all policies, safety regulations, and budgets.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in property management or related field, and strong carpentry/maintenance skills. You’ll work Monday–Friday, with on-call responsibilities, and contribute to resident

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure property compliance with Avenue5 policies and standards.
• Review service requests, track progress and ensure timely completion to residents’ satisfaction.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per Avenue5 Policy and Practices document.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as needed.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas to maintain safety, cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Participate in on-call rotation and manage emergencies as directed by supervision.
