Job summary

Roundhouse is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Missoula, MT to lead maintenance, conduct safety inspections, and coordinate capital projects. You will supervise technicians and coordinate with the Community Manager to ensure safe, efficient operations and high-quality resident experiences.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building systems, plus a focus on safety and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading property maintenance teams and scheduling work orders.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage vendors and inspections.
• Proficiency with maintenance software and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians and groundskeepers.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.
• Manage budgets, purchases, inventory, and vendor bids.
• Coordinate capital projects with Facilities Manager.
• Maintain records for work orders, preventative maintenance, and training.
• Communicate progress to Community and Regional Managers.
