Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance staff through daily assignments and training.
• Oversee property maintenance, safety, and inspections for compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and capital project coordination.
• Conduct regular property and safety inspections and address violations quickly.
• Maintain organized work areas, documentation, and QA feedback.
• Coordinate make-ready schedules and vendor coordination for move-ins.
