Job summary

Roundhouse is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Saint Paul, MN to lead maintenance teams, oversee repairs, inspections, and capital projects, ensuring safety and quality across properties. The role involves coordinating with the Community Manager, managing budgets, and upholding high standards for resident environments.

The successful candidate will bring 3+ years in property maintenance with 2+ in a supervisory capacity, strong building-systems knowledge, and proficiency with maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of property maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Proficiency with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and CPO systems.
• Excellent organization, communication, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians, housekeepers, and groundskeepers through daily assignments, training, and quality control.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and inspections for safety and operational excellence.
• Run regular property, fire, pool, and annual inspections, resolving maintenance needs and code violations quickly.
• Manage make-ready schedules, unit turns, and vendor coordination for timely, high-quality move-ins.
• Lead capital and renovation projects with the Facilities Manager, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality goals.
