Job summary

Roundhouse is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Star, ID to own daily maintenance operations and partner with the Community Manager to ensure safety, efficiency, and readiness for residents.

You will lead a team of technicians, oversee inspections and vendor coordination, and drive capital projects while maintaining budgets and quality standards. This role demands hands-on leadership and a focus on community well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of property maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• At least 2 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and CPO systems.
• Excellent organization, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for long periods, climb ladders, and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians, housekeepers, and groundskeepers through daily assignments, training, and quality control.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and inspections for safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Run regular property, fire, pool, and annual inspections, resolving maintenance needs and code violations fast.
• Manage make-ready schedules, unit turns, and vendor coordination for timely, high-quality move-ins.
• Lead capital and renovation projects with the Facilities Manager, hitting timelines, budgets, and quality goals.
