Job summary

Roundhouse is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team at our Bozeman properties. You will oversee daily operations, mentor technicians, and ensure safety and quality across building systems.

Responsibilities include supervising preventive maintenance, coordinating with the Community Manager, managing vendor relationships, and driving capital projects while meeting budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of property maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct the maintenance team and oversee property upkeep and safety.
• Lead regular inspections for safety, compliance, and quality.
• Manage vendor bids, schedules, inventory, and CapEx planning.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and track work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate after-hours on-call rotations and snow/ice removal.
