Roundhouse in Meridian, ID is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and partner with the Community Manager to maintain safe, efficient, and resident-ready properties. The role involves budgeting, inspections, vendor coordination, and capital projects.

You will oversee daily maintenance operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while serving a growing multifamily portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of property maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory/lead role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians, housekeepers, and groundskeepers through daily assignments and training.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and inspections for safety and compliance.
• Run regular property, fire, pool, and annual inspections; address code violations promptly.
• Manage vendor relationships, bids, and CapEx planning/execution.
• Monitor budgets, approvals, and inventory; maintain records of work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate make-ready schedules and unit turns with timely moves-ins.
• Collaborate with Community and Regional Managers on priorities and budgets.
• Provide regular updates on property condition and project progress.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours emergencies.
