Job summary

Roundhouse is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property's maintenance team, ensuring safety and keeping residents' buildings in top condition.

You will manage daily operations, coordinate with the Community Manager, oversee inspections, and drive capital projects while maintaining budgets and quality. This full-time role includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, a competitive hourly rate, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of property maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and CPO systems.
• Excellent organization, communication, and customer-service skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation as traveling between properties will be required.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your maintenance technicians, housekeepers, and groundskeepers through daily assignments, training, and quality control.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and inspections for safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Run regular property, fire, pool, and annual inspections, resolving maintenance needs and code violations fast.
• Manage make-ready schedules, unit turns, and vendor coordination for timely, high-quality move-ins.
• Lead capital and renovation projects with the Facilities Manager, hitting timelines, budgets, and quality goals.
