Job summary

Roundhouse in Boise, ID is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, oversee technicians and vendors, and ensure the property remains safe, efficient, and welcoming for residents. You will manage unit turns, inspections, safety programs and capital projects, within budget and quality standards, applying strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

On-call rotations and occasional weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of property maintenance experience, incl. 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in multifamily property maintenance and safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance practices.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance staff through daily assignments and training.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and inspections for safety and compliance.
• Manage vendor coordination and capital projects with budgets and timelines.
• Maintain records of work orders, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
• Partner with managers on budgets, priorities and long-term plans.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours emergencies.
