Job summary

Roundhouse Communities LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team and partner with the Community Manager to keep properties safe, efficient, and ready for residents.

You will direct technicians, housekeepers, and groundskeepers, ensuring quality work, adherence to budgets, and timely capital projects. A hands-on leader with strong knowledge of building systems is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years property maintenance experience with 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians, housekeepers, and groundskeepers through daily assignments, training, and quality control.
• Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth while upholding performance and safety standards.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and inspections for safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Run regular property, fire, pool, and annual inspections and resolve code violations quickly.
• Manage make-ready schedules, unit turns, and vendor coordination for timely, high-quality move-ins.
• Conduct move-out and pre-occupancy inspections to confirm unit readiness.
