Qualifications

• Excellent communication with residents and team members is required.
• Teamwork and cooperative work style are essential.
• Willing to be on-call and work weekends as determined by the Property Manager.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, efficient service calls per policy.
• Schedule apartment turns and vacant unit preparations within 3–5 business days.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Maintain common areas, pools, and maintenance shops in safe, organized condition.
• Train maintenance staff and assist in vendor selection.
