Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a resident community. You will supervise staff, coordinate vendors, and ensure preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and excellent resident service.

This on-site role requires daily attendance, strong organization, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and emergencies with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA certification is required; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations at the community and manage staff and vendors.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program and safety compliance (OSHA).
• Schedule work orders, respond to resident requests, and inspect units daily.
• Monitor inventory and control maintenance supplies within budget.
• Assist with unit make-readies and on-call emergency coverage.
• Document service requests and ensure quality, timely repairs.
