Job summary

Maker’s Pride seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department, supervise techs, and improve equipment reliability across the plant. You will train staff and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and corporate teams to uphold product quality.

The role emphasizes GMP adherence, safety, and cost-effective problem resolution while delivering timely maintenance and support for production line uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or technical experience preferred for supervisory roles.
• Experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment is ideal but open to other manufacturing.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Ensure 5S workplace standards and proper scheduling of work hours.
• Review production and maintenance reports to prevent delays and optimize equipment use.
• Maintain logs, WO/PM documentation, and inventory control of parts.
