Qualifications

  • Solid communication skills and proven team‑building ability.
  • Basic computer literacy (email, work orders, data entry, downtime logging).
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, heights, and mechanical equipment.
  • Willingness to use required PPE and actively support plant safety initiatives.

We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and keep our plant running safely, efficiently, and reliably. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands‑on manufacturing environment, enjoys developing people, and knows how to balance daily maintenance needs with long‑term planning.

As the Maintenance Manager, you’ll oversee machine repair, fabrication, preventive maintenance, facility upkeep, and contractor coordination. You’ll guide a skilled team, set priorities, manage budgets, and ensure all work meets safety and regulatory standards.

This role is hands‑on in a manufacturing setting. You’ll regularly encounter moving machinery, elevated work areas, heat, vibration, and outdoor conditions. Physical activity is part of the job — walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in tight spaces.
