G.S. Precision, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team on the production floor, prioritizing preventive and corrective work to maximize equipment uptime.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate with Production and Engineering, and drive safety and reliability improvements. Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience leading maintenance personnel.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Proven root-cause analysis abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians on shift.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with production and engineering.
• Balance safety, production needs and equipment priority for maintenance work.
• Provide technical guidance during complex troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment histories.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve reliability and performance.
• Ensure timely communication of status and repair timelines to management.
