Job summary

MAXX Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Webster Lake Apartments in Northglenn, CO. You will lead day-to-day maintenance operations, ensure safety, functionality, and curb appeal while staying within budget. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work orders, diagnosing HVAC/electrical/plumbing issues, preparing ready units to support leasing, managing inventory, and mentoring a hands-on maintenance team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills.
• EPA Universal certification is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing maintenance operations and prioritizing work orders.
• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, drywall, and pool systems.
• Preparing and maintaining “ready” apartment units to support leasing efforts.
• Managing maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Leading by example with a hands-on approach and team-oriented mindset.
