Responsibilities include triaging and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other trades, managing inventory within budget, conducting property inspections, and coordinating with vendors for outsourced work.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years as a Lead Maintenance Tech or similar role.
• Proficient in onsite or Yardi software; strong communication in English.

Aufgaben

• Direct and supervise the maintenance team on performance, duties, and scheduling.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, sheetrock, etc.
• Monitor and replenish inventory within budget.
• Inspect properties/units and document updates for improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors for outsourced work.
• Ensure Safe, Decent, and Sanitary Housing for residents.
