Job summary

Monroe Group in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensure asset upkeep, and motivate the maintenance team to perform at a high level.

Responsibilities include supervising the team, providing customer service to residents, diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more, and coordinating with vendors while meeting budget and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years as a lead maintenance tech or similar role.
• Proficient in English reading, speaking and writing.
• Ability to pass a full background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and schedule the maintenance team.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, sheetrock, etc.
• Monitor and replenish maintenance inventory within budget.
• Inspect properties and document updates and improvement areas.
• Coordinate with vendors for outsourced work on the property.
