Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Market Square in Indianapolis. Lead the on-site maintenance team, manage repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections to keep resident spaces safe and appealing.
The ideal candidate holds HVAC/EPA certification, has 3+ years in maintenance, and can respond to after-hours emergencies. Hands-on work and leadership with maintenance software are essential.
Formación
- Certified in HVAC/EPA and related fields.
- 3+ years in maintenance operations, supervisory preferred.
- Hands-on maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and manage the on-site maintenance team to ensure timely service.
- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems maintenance and inspections.
- Coordinate with Property Manager on requests and projects.
- Respond to emergency maintenance situations and on-call rotations.
- Train and develop staff and ensure units are ready for new residents.
- Perform snow and ice removal and assist as needed.
