Job summary

LHP Capital, LLC, a national leader in affordable housing, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for Southside Manor Apartments in South Fulton. You will lead maintenance operations, ensure safety and quality, manage work orders and apartment turns, and guide technicians and custodial staff.

Ideal candidates will have prior apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to train others. HVAC certifications are a plus, with training available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to train, coach, and guide other maintenance personnel.
• Shared on-call with other maintenance staff is required.
• HVAC certification or related certifications (such as EPA) are aplus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance operations for the apartment community.
• Set the standard for quality, safety, and accountability.
• Oversee work orders, apartment turns, curb appeal, and ongoing maintenance projects.
• Provide guidance and direction to Maintenance Technicians and Custodial staff.
• Balance planning, execution, and team support in a hands-on leadership role.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation based on property size and location.
• Apply technical expertise across painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general repairs.
