LHP Capital, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for Southside Manor Apartments in South Fulton, TN. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee work orders, and ensure safety, quality, and accountability across the property.

This hands-on leadership role requires setting standards for upkeep, supervising technicians and custodial staff, and coordinating with on-call rotations to maintain operations and respond to urgent maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• Ability to train and guide maintenance staff.
• Willingness to participate in shared on-call rotation.
• HVAC certification or EPA-related credentials a plus, training available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work orders and apartment turns to ensure timely completion.
• Lead maintenance operations for Southside Manor, ensuring safety and quality.
• Supervise Technicians and Custodial staff, providing direction and support.
• Manage curb appeal and ongoing maintenance projects across the property.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation based on property size and location.
