Job summary

Qualifications

• Three+ years repairing industrial processing equipment in production environments.
• Two+ years supervising maintenance personnel preferred.
• Experience in maintenance administration including budgeting and scheduling.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics in English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine corrective action.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Perform basic welding and repairs on facilities and equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility and production assets.
• Follow blueprints and manuals with a documented schedule.
• Manage equipment maintenance; assign tasks across shifts.
• Oversee safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance.
• Train and develop maintenance staff.
• Utilize a CMMS for work orders and asset tracking.
