You will lead a team, schedule tasks, and address resident needs to deliver luxury living experiences. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in custodial/maintenance, HVAC/plumbing/electrical repair experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in custodial/maintenance work including HVAC/plumbing/electrical repairs
• Valid driver’s license
• HVAC (CFC certifications required or willingness to learn)
• On-call schedule rotation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to read policies and safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team and guide daily tasks
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities efficiently
• Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork
• Perform and oversee HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance
• Assist in budget preparation and cost control
• Respond to on-call emergencies and ensure resident safety
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
