Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who will lead the maintenance team, manage scheduling, and ensure all apartments are move-in ready. You will oversee budgets, inventory, and vendor partners while maintaining Hawthorne's quality standards across the community.

Responsibilities include coordinating capital projects, conducting hands-on repairs, and training staff to deliver safe, reliable services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in apartment maintenance or skilled trade (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical). Supervisory/lead experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA certification.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance team operations.
• Manage budget, inventory, and vendor partners.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and meet Hawthorne quality standards.
• Oversee capital improvement projects from bids to completion.
• Maintain quarterly preventative maintenance programs.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and safely, following OSHA guidelines.
• Mentor and develop team members to support growth.
