Job summary

Madison Capital Group Holdings LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across our properties in Florida. You’ll manage electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems, troubleshoot issues, and drive safety and quality standards to keep residents satisfied.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry and construction.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve challenges.
• EPA Certification and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification are required.
• Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and inspire a maintenance team.
• Excellent communication and resident-focused customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical systems.
• Plan and oversee the maintenance budget, ensuring operations stay within financial guidelines.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe shop areas with adequate levels of replacement parts and tools.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a skilled maintenance team; foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure smooth operation of maintenance activities.
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance needs to minimize resident disruptions.
• Lead by example to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
