TRG Management Company, LLLP in North Miami, FL, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance operations during the lease-up and stabilization of a luxury multifamily community. You will manage staff, coordinate with construction teams, perform quality inspections, and ensure move-in readiness while supporting occupancy goals.

The role requires hands-on expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and preventive maintenance, along with strong vendor management, safety

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
EPA Universal Certification required.
HVAC certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance staff and coordinate with construction teams.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on apartments, amenities, and building systems.
Oversee vendor performance and safety compliance.
Support lease-up goals and turn-over schedules.
