About The Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead maintenance operations, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical challenges, and ensure our properties run smoothly and efficiently. This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment, with a direct impact on residents’ daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Plan and oversee the maintenance budget, ensuring operations stay within financial guidelines.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe shop areas, with adequate levels of replacement parts and tools.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a skilled maintenance team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure the smooth operation of maintenance activities.
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance needs to minimize disruptions for residents.
• Lead by example to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
