Job summary

RRD Company in Newark, Delaware is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to install and maintain machinery safely and cost‑effectively, oversee facilities for office, production and grounds, and coordinate vendors and training.

You will supervise technicians, lead the maintenance team, ensure compliance with company and government regulations, and work with leadership to manage the budget while promoting safety and an inclusive work environment. The position includes a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervising electro‑mechanical maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and computer systems.
• Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
• Strong safety and continuous improvement culture.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Leadership and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day‑to‑day maintenance of production machinery and facilities; informs Manufacturing Manager of issues.
• Directly supervises maintenance technicians, including training and performance management.
• Manages vendors/contractors working on the facility/manufacturing equipment.
• Assists technicians with advanced troubleshooting (electrical, computer, networking).
• Maintains maintenance program (HxGN EAM) and analyzes equipment failure trends.
• Works with leadership to maintain safety, security, and compliance; supports action plans.
• Collaborates with HR and operations to maintain positive employee relations; manages budget impact.
• Performs other duties and participates in special projects.
