Job summary
RRD Company in Newark, DE is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation on the night shift. You will troubleshoot high-speed automated equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and provide production support to maximize throughput.
The role requires 3-5 years of electro-mechanical experience, reading schematics, and strong communication. Eligible candidates may hold a high school diploma and an associates degree; OSHA knowledge and forklift
Qualifications
- 3-5 years related electro-mechanical experience
- Ability to read and interpret schematics/blueprints
- OSHA regulations/requirements knowledge
- Strong computer literacy: Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet
- Powered Industrial Truck Certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Production Support on the floor to troubleshoot and restore equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance per plan and document activities
- Administrative tasks: inventory control and reporting of maintenance activities
- Housekeeping and other duties as assigned
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating night shifts and weekends
