Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, oversee installation and upkeep of production machinery, and ensure safe, cost-effective facilities management. You will coordinate vendors, train staff, and drive compliance with company and government regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, optimizing maintenance schedules with HxGN EAM, and collaborating with leadership to manage budgets and safety.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years supervising experience in electro-mechanical maintenance of high-speed automated industrial machinery.
Experience with electrical (24V DC to 480V AC), electronic PLC inputs/outputs, and computer (software, hardware, networking).
Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance of production machinery and building grounds; report unresolved issues to Manufacturing Manager.
Coach maintenance technicians; conduct training and performance reviews; participate in hiring decisions.
