RRD in Newark, Delaware, is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Industrial Maintenance Technician for the night shift to maintain a 24/7 production operation. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on high-speed automated machinery and related systems.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of electro-mechanical experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficient computer literacy. Weekend overtime and shift work may be required to support outages and production schedules.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years electro-mechanical experience.
• Experience with industrial mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints and interpret manuals.
• OSHA knowledge and safety compliance.
• Proficient with Windows and Office suite; familiarity with manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Production support and timely response to maintenance requests.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance per the PM plan and document activities.
• Maintain inventory and document parts usage; train junior technicians.
• Conduct housekeeping and general duties as assigned.
