Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance operations across communities. You will supervise staff, coordinate vendors, manage work orders, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines.

In this full-time role, you’ll plan repairs, monitor budgets, maintain records, and deliver excellent resident service while supporting the Community Manager in day-to-day supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and budgeting for maintenance supplies.
