Horizon Realty Advisors is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all aspects of property maintenance, appearance, and service operations within budgetary constraints. The role combines hands-on repair work with team leadership, overseeing requests, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in property maintenance, supervisory experience preferred, and relevant certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO) are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of experience in property maintenance, facilities, or related field.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• EPA Certification, HVAC Certification, and CPO Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and proof of insurance.

Responsabilités

• Train, supervise, and support the Maintenance team, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance, service response times, and productivity.
• Complete and oversee service requests in a timely manner, ensuring quality work and resident satisfaction through follow-ups.
• Conduct unit inspections for move-in readiness and manage turn planning, including supply ordering, vendor coordination, and budget management.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance program and keep the maintenance shop organized and compliant with safety and OSHA standards.
