Job summary

Horizon Realty Advisors is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all aspects of property maintenance, appearance, and service operations, onsite. You will supervise a maintenance team, oversee service requests and unit turns, and maintain preventive maintenance within the budget to ensure safety and resident satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of maintenance experience, with preference for supervisory, EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications, and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of property maintenance experience.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with student-style turn/turn preparation preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• HVAC Certification strongly preferred.
• CPO Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property maintenance, appearance, and service operations within budget.
• Lead and train the maintenance team, assign tasks, monitor performance and response times.
• Oversee service requests, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Perform general repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and systems.
• Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance program and ensure OSHA safety compliance.
