Job summary

Burrows Cabinets, LLC in Taylor, Texas is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and safeguard the reliability of production equipment and facilities.

You will develop preventive maintenance, supervise technicians, enforce safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across CNC machinery, edge banders, and finishing lines. Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in industrial maintenance, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in woodworking/cabinet/millwork production preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program for all production equipment.
• Prioritize repairs and ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
• Lead safety initiatives and enforce lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
