Ideal candidates have extensive industrial mechanical knowledge, experience with pumps, fans, valves, gear boxes, and are adept at mentoring technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical school certification preferred.
• Millwright/industrial mechanical experience required; NCCER is a plus.
• 3–5+ years of relevant field experience is typical.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment issues and manage solutions for industrial waste treatment systems.
• Perform preventive, corrective and condition-based maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Use root cause analysis to identify permanent solutions for recurring failures.
• Provide technical support during commissioning and start-up for instrumentation equipment.
• Develop and maintain SOPs using technical expertise and standards.
