Job summary

You will plan and prioritize maintenance work, coordinate preventive maintenance, and drive continuous improvement across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, safety focus, and ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience using CMMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Maintenance Technicians daily.
• Plan, assign, and prioritize maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with OSHA and company procedures.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical problems.
• Assist in developing schedules, tracking KPIs, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with external vendors/contractors as needed.
• Participate in DBR and Safety meetings.
