Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager/Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a steel manufacturing/fabrication facility. This position is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all production equipment, machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on maintenance leader with strong experience in a manufacturing environment, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proven track record of reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability.

3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Previous Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Lead experience preferred.
