gpac, in partnership with a rapidly growing manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager/Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a steel manufacturing/fabrication facility.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, drive equipment reliability, safety, and uptime, and bring 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance leadership. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on maintenance leadership with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience leading maintenance teams preferred (Manager/Supervisor/Lead).

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations within a steel manufacturing/fabrication facility.
• Ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency of production equipment, machinery, electrical systems and facility infrastructure.
