Red's All Natural is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our manufacturing maintenance team and optimize equipment reliability across facilities. The role focuses on directing technicians, coordinating preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety standards are met to support productive operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and experience with CMMS.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation for compliance and analysis.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies to support operational needs.
• Collaborate with production managers to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance skills and promote professional development.
